In
order to avoid any missunderstandings please carefully review
reservation
and room rental rules.

and room rental rules...
- after confirmation of
reservation period and a specific room choice your
reservation will be held for 7 days. During this time you are
expected to send your deposit, equalling a price of one
night per person, to our bank accout
- after the deposit is
received your room is reserved and you will be receiving
confirmation of your reservation by email or text message
(SMS)
- if we do not receive
your deposit within 7 days the reservation will be
cacelled
- if you cancel your
reservation before 14 days from the arrival date, 50% of
your deposit will be refunded
- the deposit is not
transferrabe to another room or time period
- you will need to turn
in your ID upon arrival and if you are satisfied with our
accomodations you will have to pay the remaining of the
room price within 24 hours and collect your ID
- if you decide to
shorten your stay you will still have to pay for the
entire period you made your initial reservation for
- paymet of the deposit
is equivallent to your acceptance of the above mentioned
rules
